At 0° cold-pressed juicing, every drop is packed with pure nutrition. This method uses zero heat, preserving vital enzymes, vitamins, and antioxidants that support deep cleansing and rejuvenation. What is the Health Hub juice cleanse?

Our juice cleanse is a guided reset designed to help your body rest from heavy foods while nourishing it with cold-pressed juices made from fresh fruits and vegetables. Over the course of the cleanse, you’ll drink a set number of juices per day and be supported by the Health Hub community to help you stay motivated.

How many juices do I drink each day?

During the cleanse you’ll typically drink 5 cold-pressed juices per day, spaced throughout the day. This helps keep your body nourished and energised while giving your digestive system a break from processed foods.

When does the next cleanse start?

Our group cleanse begins on the first Monday of every month. To join, you’ll need to order in advance so we can prepare your juices. Collection usually takes place the Saturday or Sunday before the cleanse starts.

Can I eat during the cleanse?

The cleanse is designed to be primarily juice-based, but we always encourage people to listen to their bodies. If you feel you need something extra, light whole foods such as fruit or simple plant-based meals can help support you through the process.

Do I have to do it alone?

Not at all. One of the biggest parts of Health Hub is the community support. Everyone doing the cleanse joins together, shares progress, and motivates each other. This makes the experience much easier and more enjoyable than doing it alone.

Do you deliver the juices?

At the moment we do not offer delivery. All juice cleanse orders are collection only from our collection point before the cleanse begins.

When do I collect my juices?

Juices are usually ready for collection on the Saturday or Sunday before the cleanse starts. This ensures you have everything ready to begin on Monday with the rest of the community.

How long does the cleanse last?

Our standard group cleanse lasts 3 days, although some people choose to extend it depending on their goals and experience.

Will I feel hungry during the cleanse?

Some people may feel hungry at times, especially if it’s their first cleanse. Drinking your juices at regular intervals and staying well hydrated with water can help manage this.

What are the juices made from?

Our juices are cold-pressed and made from fresh fruits and vegetables, designed to give your body a concentrated source of vitamins, minerals and natural nutrients.

Can beginners do the cleanse?

Yes. Many people doing the cleanse are first-timers. The community support and simple structure make it accessible even if you’ve never done a cleanse before.

What should I eat before the cleanse?

We recommend eating lighter, whole foods the day before starting, such as fruits, vegetables, salads, and simple meals while reducing processed foods, caffeine, and alcohol.

What should I eat after the cleanse?

After the cleanse, it’s best to ease back into solid foods slowly, starting with lighter meals like fruit, soups, smoothies, and plant-based foods before returning to heavier meals.

Can I exercise during the cleanse?

Light activity such as walking, stretching, or yoga is fine. However, intense workouts may feel more difficult while you’re on a juice cleanse.

Who should not do a juice cleanse?
